Structural Geology and Tectonics
I am interested in understanding the processes and driving mechanisms that govern continental tectonic and geodynamic evolution. In particular, I am interested in the quantitative investigation of continental deformation at various spatial and temporal scales. In my work, I address these questions by integrating structural and tectonostratigraphic field investigation, with low-temperature thermochronometry of bedrock and brittle faults.
